Sunday 25th March
Hi Knights,
Due to the high tide, training will be at Bishopston Comprehensive School fields this Sunday at the usual time of 11 o'clock.
Thanks for the help last week guys and special thanks to Andrew for his continued support in filling in for Lisa when he can.

Yes I know it's Mothers Day and yes I know we'll all probably be a little worse for wear after Wales win the Slam on Saturday but for those of us who just can't get enough rugby, training is ON this Sunday!
So I'll see the die-hards on the beach at 11 on Sunday!

Sunday 26th February
Hi Guys,
Just wanted to say what a great session we had on Sunday! We tried a few new exercises which seemed to go ok considering the great number of players we had and a big thank you for all the dads that helped out!
Was great to see two new faces, Rhodri and Tommy and that Gwenan returned to give the boys a run for their money.
The skill sets are definately improving and we will continue to work on our defence, passing and catching in readiness for our next match. Special mention to Sam Williamson for his chip & catch which was awesome!
Keep up the good work Knights and I'll see you on the beach on Sunday!
