This Sunday the Ospreys are inviting all sides to attend the game against Leinster, k/o 4.00pm. All players are free, adults £10.00. Each side, dressed in club kit ,will do a lap of the stadium at half time and be presented with a bag of Gilbert balls. The Knights have had to create a new Blog so the beach rugby can have the old one. We've had to cancel this Sundays game, and no training on Thursdays until after Feb Half term. So meet next Sunday 4th Nov at Bishopston 10am, please respond to teamer text when it's sent out so we know if we have enough of a team. Thanks

Gowerton Match

Well done Knights, another great match today against Gowerton. As Tom, Josh & Osain spotted we have to work on our- Running straight Passing backwards Clearly showing (shouting and hold the tag up) when we tag. So this Thursday we will definately have training at Underhill Car Park end at 6, no matter what the weather is like! It will givw us a chance to work on these points. At the moment we have no match next Sunday so it'll be training at 1030 Bishopston usual spot. Welcome William, Morgan & Callum well done on getting stuck in there today and playing a match straight away. Any evening post tokens please bring them to Thursday training.

Well done Knights what a fantastic game you played on Sunday. We had a great game with the Gorsienon U7's they were worthy oponants and were great hosts- thanks. Plan for match on Sunday we're home to Gowerton KO 1030am so can we meet at 1015 for a warm up. Then back to the club for Hot Dogs.
